12月28日由中国日报社主办、21世纪英文报系承办的 “21世纪杯”全国英语演讲比赛辽宁省总决赛于大连市举行。在我校夏博文老师（大连王府高级中学雅思口语教师，国际演讲组织Toastmasters International，美国UWA分区主席）的精心指导下，我校的郭永臻同学以优异的表现获得辽宁省总决赛高中组冠军！并将作为高中组唯一选手，代表辽宁省参加全国总决赛！
Hosted by China Daily and sponsored by the 21st Century English Newspaper, the "21st Century Cup" National English Speech Contest Liaoning Province final round took place in Dalian on December 28th. Coached by Mr. Xia Bowen (DRS IELTS speaking teacher, and president of the international public speaking organization Toastmasters International ,UWA Division, USA), Alex Guo won the final round for Liaoning province with his wonderful performance. He will now go on to be the lone representative for Liaoning province at the national level competition.
